To The 27th Jeffco Fire Engine Rally

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the 2021 rally is tentative, depending on the COVID level come September.
If the county remains in the yellow, the event will take place. If
the level goes to orange or red or if CDC guidelines say so, it will
be cancelled.


The Jeffco Fire Engine Rally

The Jefferson County Firefighters Association is sponsoring the 27th Annual Jeffco Fire Engine Rally. The rally begins with a parade of fire and EMS apparatus at 9:00 am. The parade will begin at the St. Pius X High School and travel north on Highway 61-67 to the fairgrounds in Herculaneum. At 10:00 am, the opening ceremony will begin with a memorial service and a special 9/11 memorial. Jefferson County Firefighter & EMS awards will also be presented during the opening ceremony along with presentations to the Parade Grand and the Parade Junior Grand Marshal . The rally will feature numerous fire apparatus and EMS vehicles on display, firefighter competitions, firefighter demonstrations, air rescue helicopters and numerous vendor booths. Numerous activities for children will include firefighter related games, a bounce house and inflatable maze, build it workshops by Home Depot and Lowe's, scavenger hunt, face paintings and a children's firefighter challenge. Fire department patch trading and selling will also be available. Food, drink and other concessions will be available for purchase. No alcohol is permitted. Awards for truck categories and competition winners will be presented at the closing ceremony. The event is open to the public and is free of charge.
